    Jeff joined Pinnacle with 18 years in the design world as photographer and lead creative director. As Managing Director, Jeff interacts with clients and supports our designers as they deliver wide ranging creations that reflect each client’s unique style. Along with his wife Jennifer and boys Trice and Mac, the Scroggins have recently moved back to Summit County after seven years in Texas, and now call Breckenridge home.

    CHRISTINA ROMANO  |  LEAD DESIGNER
    Advising on finishes and features, Christina Romano works with homeowners from architectural plans to completed homes. She has designed over 30 homes and is a pro at keeping design unique and filling in the details while making the process fun. Coming from Florida, Christina graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Interior Design.
  • Lisa Yates
    LISA YATES  |  LEAD DESIGNER
    Lisa Yates joins the Pinnacle design team with over ten years of experience in the interior design industry. She will help transform your house into a home from conception to installation. Lisa’s thoughtful approach and attention to detail ensure that each project reflects the client’s personal style and needs. When she is not designing, Lisa enjoys spending time skiing, whitewater rafting, and backpacking with her husband and two dogs.
  • Catherine Llewellyn
    CATHERINE LLEWELLYN  |  INTERIOR DESIGNER
    Catherine is a native of Colorado. She graduated from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Sustainable Interior Design. Catherine has a strong passion for interior design with a fine attention to detail, she loves seeing projects come together. When she is out of the office, you can find her off in the woods camping and hiking or spending quality time with her husband, friends, and family.
  • ASHLEY ERVICK  |  INTERIOR DESIGNER
    Originally from Chicago, Ashley spent the last three years in Hawaii where she graduated with her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Environmental and Interior Design. Missing the change of seasons, she decided it was time to give mountain living a try. Ashley embraces the evolution each project undergoes while capturing the client’s unique wish list with sophistication, a sustainable approach, and attention to detail. Out of the office, you can find her skiing, hiking with her two dogs, or planning her next scuba diving trip (somewhere warm).
  • ELLE SCHWAB  |  INTERIOR DESIGNER
    Originally from Michigan, Elle moved to Colorado after graduating with a Hospitality Business degree from Michigan State. For the last five years she has been living in the Front Range absorbing the culture and earning a Kitchen and Bath certificate from FRCC. After meeting her new husband in Denver, they decided to move back to his home town of Silverthorne and start living the mountain life. Elle’s passion for design is inspired by function, architecture and elegance. Outside of work, she loves to take hikes with her dogs, work on fixing up her new house and just enjoying time with friends and family.
  • Linsey Hempel
    LINSEY HEMPEL  |  DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS STRATEGY
    Born and raised in Taos, New Mexico, Linsey Hempel will always be a mountain resident. After commuting to Denver for Corporate America for three years, Linsey has found her place at Pinnacle as she tackles all of our business initiatives and strategic business planning. Linsey spends the majority of her time outside of work as an outdoor enthusiast, yogi and chef. Through her adventurous spirit, Linsey brings excitement and laughter wherever she goes.
  • RANDI GARBER  |  BUSINESS & OPERATIONS MANAGER
    Randi’s Interior Design experience coupled with 10+ years of experience in project and office management makes her a key asset to the Design Studio. She empowers our designers through providing excellent operational and administrative support. Randi is originally from the Philadelphia area and made her way to Summit County via Jackson Hole, WY and Whitefish, MT. She has been calling Breckenridge her home since 2007. Along with her daughter, they enjoy hiking, skiing and anything outdoors.
